Pixel Time Policies

Before you register for a class, please read our class policies below. They aren’t scary, we promise! Please note that by enrolling in a class or workshop you agree to our rules and policies. Have additional questions or concerns? Feel free to call or email us at info@pixeltime.com.

Registration
Classes are scheduled seasonally and new classes are added monthly. Click here for a current schedule of available classes.

We encourage you to register early–that helps our planning and earns you the best prices on our classes. We allow late registration and walk-ins only if space is available. Pixel Time classes usually serve a maximum of 6 students, so space is limited.

Payment
We use Eventbrite as our registration system. You can reserve your space in the class and pay online with PayPal, your bank card, AMEX, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. We also offer the option of paying at the door with check or cash. Whichever method you choose, classes must paid in full before the first meeting.

Attendance
Classes start and end right on time. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class. There are no makeups for missed sessions.

Cancelled Classes

  1. We do not offer credits  for missed classes unless we cancel the class.
  2. In general, each class must have a minimum enrollment of 3 students to be offered.
  3. If class must be canceled due to low enrollment, enrolled students will be notified before the first meeting and will receive a full refund.

Studio Policies
All classes are held at our studio space – Pixel  Time at CityArts, 334 N Mead, Wichita, KS.
We welcome you to our fun and friendly classes in digital arts and technology.
Bullying or other disruptive behaviors are not tolerated in our youth classes (or in our adult classes for that matter!). There’s no refund or credit for a student asked to leave the program for behavioral reasons.

Photo & Video Publication
In many of our classes, students create photos and videos as well as print and digital pages. In addition we often take photos and video clips of our classes in process. Student work and images created in the class may be shared on Pixel Time and its partner websites, as well as published in a variety of print pieces. When you register for a class, you agree to these uses of images created during Pixel Time classes.

Discounts
All discounts are limited to single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
